Redirect Loop Protection for Better HTTP Redirects Plugin

Some wordpress user were concerned about Google webmaster tools giving notice about redirect errors (same page redirects). There is a flaw in the current canonical redirect implementation. That is the part of wordpress that takes care that all your site’s users are visiting the same URL for the same content. Something which is important that your site’s content can be properly handled by search engines as well.

While researching some UTF-8 related issues I ran over the error reports in various tickets (#14313, #14292).

The latest development release of my Better HTTP Redirects Plugin does now take care on this issue as well. Let your site start to provide better redirects by downloading and installing the Better HTTP Redirects Plugin (download version 1.2-beta-2) now.
